Two Ideas

i have two ideas...

1- how about introducing a new card value...ascending plus one, first trade is worth 4, second 5, and so on. it mix between escalating and set and used during regular RISK games.

2- it would be neat to be able to EDIT a game while you are still waiting for players. Example: i start up a game with 8 players...after a couple of days, I only have 6...i should be able to edit the game to start with six. this is very helpful in a private game where you are inviting people...and you decide to change the style of play. (maybe just an option of private games??)

my two cents...

1. I think things similar to that were already suggested many times before. I dont know if they were ever accepted. check the to-do list.

2. Bad idea. Cause if i only liked to play 8 player games, and i joined a few 8 player ones, if the guy that started the game dropped it down to 6, that would be bad because i dont like 6 player games. so i would get screwed over.

Or even more extreme, If i joined a 6 player game, the guy in charge could drop it down to a 2 player. which would also screw me over because i suck at 2 players.

that's why i suggest perhaps only having that option in private games...where you are among invited friends. i would check with them before editing the game...but either way, just a thought. thanks for your input.

but still...

Lets say I am good at 1v1 games (which in actuality, i suck at, but lets just pretend for the sake of this story). I start a 6 player game as a private game. I say it is made for a bunch of my friends and send out the password, but when the first person joins, i drop it to 1v1 and they are trapped, probably going to lose points because they werent expecting a 1v1.

I still vote no.
