Pending Time Shown

* Mainly for new leaders of clans and usergroups that have been around for a time, and have some pending people waiting.

* Suggestion Idea:Put a date on when someone applies for a clan/usergroup
* Specifics:Fairly explanitory
* Why it is needed: To know how long someone has been pending so you can let them know that they will be decided upon shortly.
Not top priority, but it would be helpful for us new leaders.
