Speed Game Time Intervals

Can you set up an option where the game opener can decide how long that time interval is?
like if i open a game, I want to set the game so that everyone only gets 1 minute to move.
This is a suggestion because a "speed game" with 8 people... 8 times 5 minutes = 40 minutes of maximum time I'd have to wait, with the average being 23-28 minutes PER ROUND. Now multiply that by 13 rounds... and you have deadbeat city because it would take HOURS to finish this "SPEED GAME"
IT would be cool if the game opener can choose how fast a game goes...
Choices:
1 minute,
1 minute 30 seconds,
2 minute,
2 minutes 30 second,
3 minute,
.... ,
5 minute intervals.
