No bonuses at start

<Subject>:
Concise Idea
For the first round, no matter what the deployment is you only get 3 armies.

<Body>:

Suggestion Idea: To prevent people from getting huge army bonuses, without having to do anything, you only get 3 armies for the first turn

Specifics: not much more to add

Why it is needed: to prevent people from winning because of great deployment.

It could be a good idea...but sometimes luck is a fun part of the game.

I can't see this happening very often except in 2 or 3 player games.

Not something I would want to play with.

As said above, deployment is luck of the draw.

not only a decent Idea but also the Negative bonuses also...

I lost a couple of Omaha games this last week...1v1...they drop + bonus and I get - bonus...

They went first and game was over..

its the luck of the draw and you have the exact same chance of getting a bonus as they do so its fair

This has been implemented in two other Risk on-line game sites, and it works well.

Yeah but I like it the way it is. On a game a little while ago, I got like 16 armies on the furst turn when everyone else got around 6. It was awsome. :)

That is Precisely why the change would be an improvement to the game

Now change the dice so that they always win when you have X armies compared to Y ennemies, and you get a very fair games! No luck needed!

Just in case no one thought about it..If you would have gained 10 armies, and your opponents 3, what will this feature exactly change? The lucky guy will get his armnies on the second turn, instead of the first in many cases. In others, this feature doesn't help anyone at all...In fact, mostly won't do anything.

You won't get such a huge advantage often, unless you have hacked the whole game..

it's part of the randomness of the game. it doesn't mean to do it but it happens. luck of the draw.

One time when i played a 1vs. 1 game, me and another guy was at the Classic map and the other guy had all of SA, and Australia. I was furious, but hey, life dosen't always go your way.
