Suggestion Idea:

Be able to chose to play a game with manual deployment or randomized.

Specifics:

In the board game version of Risk, we played with the rules that says you start by placing a single man on territories till they all fill up, and then fortify in turn till you use up all the peices for that player size unit count.

Would it be possible to have this option in the CC so that you could chose to have a randomized board setup or a deployment phase of the game.

I would think a deployment turn should take no longer than 1 minute on speed games.

I don't know if it would be feasible in a long game because it would drag games longer further.

Why it is needed:

It is a rule of the original Risk. This rule also adds another layer of strategy into the game. Do you chose to risk yourself in blocking continents from others or try for one yourself!

I remember at a rival website similar to CC (I forget) they had an option where the drop was randomized, but you had control over how many troops were placed on each. Instead of the standard three on each country, you would start off with say ten open countries and 30 troops to place on any of your countries (which were randomly selected).
