Suggestion Idea: Scenario Games, games that come with pre-placed armies for various maps in historic or other interesting setups.
Specifics: Scenario Games would take advantage of relatively even maps that are historically relevant or otherwise cool. For example, the WWII Eastern Front Map with the Germans on one side and the Soviets on another, or the Seige! map with defenders and attackers.
The maps might or might not be realistic. The D-Day: Omaha Beach! map would probably be even with a no-man's land zone on the beaches, creating a realistic invasion. On the other hand, maps such as the Space map would take some finagling in order to get to work right. Some maps may never truly be even, but the bonuses that are granted with continents (or similar bonuses) could be negated by a numerical advantage on the invading side or perhaps a guaranteed first turn.
One issue that would definitely need adressing is the continents issue. In maps such as World 2.1, it would be unfeasible to have each individual player with a continent, but this could be remedied by having modern or ancient countries or empires represented by the territories held, with neutral spaces outside of said territories. This would take a long and arduous test phase to ensure that there is a relatively even chance of victory on both sides.
Some maps may never be feasible for this type of gameplay, most notably Doodle Earth, due to it's ridiculously small size.
This type of gameplay could be played on a team or individual basis. Fog of War would provide the most accurate representation of the true circumstances, but it would work with regular play as well.
Why it is needed: This would add a unique type of gameplay to Conquer Club and would create an interesting and engaging form of battle that could be GREAT for Tournament play.
