Limited troops per fortification option

I used to play on DominateGame but left because they erase your game history after awhile. One thing I liked there was that you could only fortify something like 7 troops max from one country to another at the end of your turn.
Maybe this could be turned into a 4th option for fortifications (adjacent with 7 max). I think it makes the game a lot more strategic. For instance if you play super defensively and do something like build on Peru the whole game, an opponent can take all other continents and surround SA. The player on Peru will then lose even if he has 10x the troops because he can't move all his armies to the front line fast enough.

<Subject>:

* Concise Idea: An option to limit the amount of fortifications to 1 where you can only move a maximum of 6 or 7 armies.

<Body>:

* Suggestion Idea: An option to limit the amount of fortifications to 1 (adjacent) where you can only move a maximum of 6 or 7 armies.
* Specifics: See suggestion idea
* Why it is needed:
-Makes for more strategic deployments.
-Discourages that guy from holing up in Peru, or Siam (when he holds India and China) the whole game

oh its been used more than that, some players just like build up games, do a forum search for one

and i think this option would be great if you could set the number yourself, or have several numbers to choose from

Yeah, that would be good. Then people could set it to zero if they want, which I've seen a couple topics asking for in this forum.
