team play deadbeats

I find in team play, the team with a deadbeat is put at serious disadvantage not only from being unable to perform a workable team strategy, but by the loss of the deadbeat's additional armies as well. the developers have tried to address this with the 3 turn rule by passing the deadbeats territories to the next teammate but havent addressed the loss of military power. I suggest that 9 armies (3 min reinforcements x3 turns) be passed to the next team member as well. this still would not make up for the loss of a member of the team in stategic play but would atleast provide some form of compensation
