* Concise Idea: having live chat moderated by a live chat regular

* Suggestion Idea: Giving someone authority to run live chat and to kick users (where appropritae)

* Specifics: Many times has there been people in live chat cause problems and general havoc. The current "spam" control system (cant remember what its called) doesn't work. Someone to moderate the live would just make thinks flow a little better when trouble arises

* Why it is needed: To improve the quality on live chat

Chat is still in it's early phases, and we are still getting all the kinks worked out. Give it all some time.
