As for the kicked off if you miss your first move has been suggested alot of times.

kicked off might be a bit harsh miss a turn yes so that others can at least carry on without waiting a day is the way forward, just my opinion lads take it easy on me a reasonable time limit is needed

I only say that you should be kicked out a game for missing 1 shot if it is a speed game.

for normal games i find the existing rules suffice.
