I think every new recruit should not be able to post anywhere in the forums (except general discussions) until they have earned their first promotion. This will allow less crap posted by New Recruits to enter the forums.

Good point, but it's about games completed, not amount of posts, or else no new player will be able to post anything in the forums.

Ya, I don't know though, I think the only way noobs will learn how to post is by posting. I just think we should prevent them from flame wars

How about if Conquer Club made a view counter that counted how many times you viewed posts in the forums. That way the "noobs" can learn how to post without posting crap first. This may seem like a dumb idea to some people.

I guess that could work, but that would be hart to implement and a "view counter" wouldnt be very accurate.

I know some "experienced" posters who act like noobs in the forums too. Specifically, a poster with around 1627 posts comes to mind :-^ ......
