A new type of unit and training units

1.No offence, but I think conquer club is getting a bit boring with only "armies". Could you make a new unit that can attack and occupy countries?
2.I think that in some situations we're relying too much on the dice. Could you maybe let a player train their units for better performance?

you've only finished 17 games how can you be board?
Im pritty sure this has already been rejected or something similar.
This is not a good idea anyway.
p.s next time before making a suggestion please fill out the siggestion form located on a sickie at the top of this thread and make sure you look in the to do list to see what has been suggested.

This loser has been here all of 3 weeks and is "bored" lmao. Do us a favor and go buy yourself a dictionary or something so you can at least spell out your bad ideas properly in the future.

Where is there a spelling mistake in the first post?
And yup, it is a bad idea, if you could have different types of units it wouldn't be Risk anymore.... it'd be Risk: Total War.... or something.

Actually, this could be a good idea for tournaments. Terrible for the general game, but in a long campaign it could be cool to have units with special bonuses or players that carry certain advantages into a further game.
I've seen games with this feature, but never online (Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War comes to mind, but so does Napoleon's Immortals at Waterloo- the veterans)
This isn't really an urgent suggestion though, and it would change the game entirely.
Finally- SamLevi- It's not always a good idea to critique someone's spelling when you can't use punctuation or capital letters.
Over and out.

We listen to all ideas Sam, and don't criticize people for making them. If you don't like the idea, or can't contribute
constructively, don't post here. We don't require posts to be in perfect English with perfect grammar; if we did, then half of you wouldn't be able to post, now would you?
If you'd like to offer constructive critisicm of the idea, feel free to do so, otherwise, move along.

eh, i guess, okay, here goes:
okay, 1) all units can attack and occupy teritorys. really dont see ur point.
2) this would be too complicated and mean a lot of work but if someone wants to do it and include it as an option when u make a game then its ok by me.
better

Sorry- I was maybe unclear, and I have no wish to start a flame war and hijack the thread, so I'll rephrase:
If you accuse someone of being wrong, or imply that they are stupid because of a spelling error, then you should really make sure that your post is perfect before you hit the button.
Otherwise you will seem to be a hippokrit.

Not enough flashing graphics for ya? My advice is to go buy an X-box and stop playing this "boring" game.

Is this guy for real? Bored?
I don't even know what he's talking about when he says he wants some other units other than armies. What does he mean by this? Does he just want to call them something else? Or does he want something like super dragons that shoot flames from their mouths and butts?

Wow, this escalated quickly. Anyway, it is an idea to freshen things up. However, it would probably require a lot of programming. Believe me, I know because I suggested a different way to play as well. Options do make things better, but perhaps an example of some units would have stopped some people from flaming the idea. The only thing I can think of is Risk 2021 which has generals with special card attacks and 8 sided dice to attack at times. It seems to work well there, but like I said it would most likely involve much programming.
