SUGGESTION: Luck Indicator

I know we have dice analysers already, but a new field ingame that expressed your quantity of luck in a game that would change after each dice roll would be cool. It would be so satisfying winning a game with less than 50% luck, and would stop all the arguments about who had better dice.

Priority 3. A very nice to have, but I guess doesn't affect game play.

What could it use to define 'luck'?

to win a game, you would have had to win more dice rolls than lost, surely? so, wouldn't the winner be more "lucky"?

Umm..."luck" can't be easily measured. I think basically what you're getting at is the deviation of dice rolls from the expected average but there's more to "luck" as it pertains to the game. Lucky players get good drops. How would that be measured by a computer? What cards you get and when you get them is also a factor in how lucky a person is.

This would only work in sequentialbecause in freestyle you could say "Wow I'm lucky that guy wasn't on when I took my turn." No way to measure that.

I'm sure there's a way to measure the standard deviations from the expected normal numbers for the more concrete aspects of the game, but some factors of luck are immeasurable. Even if you could calculate it, it would take complex programming which would take too much effort for an "extra" implement like this.
