Chained Deployment

Suggestion

* Suggestion Idea: Chained Deployment

* Specifics: On a "zero" Round (before the game actually starts) each player selects a capital. Armies can only be deployed that are connected by a chain of territories to a capital or on the capital. Unchained territories are unable to be deployed on but may attack and defend. If a capital is captured the player without a capital may deploy no armies but still may attack and defend. Additionally if a player has two capitals armies may be deployed that are connected by a chain of territories to either capital or on either capital.

* Why it is needed: It would allow a new type of strategy and make shorter games.

* Priority** (1-5): 2 Not necessary but would like to see as a new game type.

This would make games longer and more unfair. It would make them longer in the manner of an extra round at the beginning of the game. It would make the game unfair for those that only have a few armies that are chained. I could only ever see this as a fun addition to the game if it was a two player game on a LARGE map...
