Suggestion:Different reinforcements

* Suggestion Idea: Basically like the card types we have, escalating, flat rate.
* Specifics: Escalating reinforcements means the round number determines the max number of reinforcements, flat rate means the game hoster decides the max 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20...
* Why it is needed: Just for added game play
* Priority** (1-5): 1-2

The only problem that I see with this one is that the first player (who already has some advantage) gets an even bigger advantage because they get the additional reinforcements first every time.

I do think that the creater should decide the number of reinforcements during a flat rate game... or call it a different name and leave flat rate the same as it is... I just believe that the creator should be able to alter the number.
