Extra Feedback Moderators?

<Subject>:
Extra feedback moderators to help AK and Wicked

<Body>:
Specifics:
I was just reading a post by Wicked in General Discussion in reference to the overwhelming number of feedback complaints they have to deal with. (Here, for those that are interested) I then thought that it might be a good idea to appoint secondary feedback moderators to deal with the more trivial complaints. I myself complained twice (via the Contact Form) recently and have not received a reply. They could operate like multi-hunters in that they have authority but not mod status.

Why it is needed:
If AK and Wicked are swamped now by feedback complaints then how much more so will they be in the future, with the site constantly expanding? We've already had the argument about a new mod (and I support the mods in that they say there is no need for one) but perhaps they do need more deputies who could deal with these sort of issues. It would also allow Wicked and AK to concentrate on more important stuff.

* Priority**: 3.5 - 4

P.S. This is not me asking to be a feedback moderator because I would not like to be one at all and nor am I proposing anybody else in particular.

When I was doing it by myself, I would've answered HELL YEAH! lol But we've changed the process and it seems to be working better in terms of workload. When I'm less busy IRL, I'll be able to help more. And we may have something in the works to help with this as well. :wink:

I really haven't had a problem keeping up since I started it a few weeks ago. I let the complaints build up during the week and then I log on and just bust them all out on the weekend when I have a bigger block of free time.
We just started replying to EVERY complaint, so that slows the process down a little bit, but then we get less repeat complaints from the same person. The replies all go to your email address that shows up when you fill out the Contact Form.

But in answer to the topic, I don't think more are needed at the moment.
