Map Info & Presentation...

Map Details - Every map should have someone from the CC staff write a description of the map. Perhaps the mapmaker could get the first crack but the idea would be to have an unbiased report of the map. It should included a sentance or two describing the map for quick reference by players, there should also be a list all of a maps special features, unique attack routes, etc. With all the XML upgrades and news maps it's easy to find yourself on a map you wouldn't have played in the first place.
Marquee Maps - There where discussions in the Foundry about listing only the popular maps and hiding the rest. While at first this may seem like a good idea in the long run all it would do is bury maps. Instead the 4 or 5 most popular or new maps should be posted at the top of the map lists, with the rest visible underneath. All the maps should of course have a 'more info' button below them, or on the map popup.
