Add Map Foundry SubForum: Cartography Class

The Map Foundry would benefit from another SubForum. As I understand it, the current setup is meant to work like this (once threads only appear in Foundry when moved from Ideas):
Map Ideas - New map ideas begin here and germinate or die.
Map Foundry - Viable maps are moved here for community input.
Final Forge - Pre-production maps are moved here for final tweaking and then post-production discussion.

This seems like a good layout. Map-heads can go crazy in Ideas, players can contribute in Foundry, and everyone has a last chance to comment in Forge.

However, there is no place to go for meta-discussion about map making: XML, map sources, tools, techniques.

It has been suggested that meta-discussions can go in Ideas, but I think that will get a lot of churn with new map suggestions. Objections to a new SubForum appear to be that Foundry SubForums are new and we aren't giving the existing ones a chance. My response, based on observation of the forums, is that this content delineation would be useful to the community.

Note: The name "Cartography Class" is off the top of my head, suggestions welcome.

Unfortunately, I think that would be 1 too many sub-forums, at least for now. You can always use the Main Foundry to discuss such matters, and if another forum is really needed in the next while, we can see about adding it, if necessary.

The Final Forge sub-forum is where all maps in Final Forge or that have been Quenched will be held. This includes those maps put up for live play before the Quenching system was in place.

The main Map Foundry forum is the place to discuss all maps that have been approved from the Map Ideas sub-forum. It's also the place to discuss any general foundry business, such as graphics or gameplay issues/questions.

It says that maps will be moved into the Map Foundry when they get approved, but that people should also use it for general posting. I thought the move-on-approval meant new threads in Map Foundry would be limited to mods, but maybe you are just expecting people to follow a guideline.
