Concise description:

When you kill an opponent in the game, you will be given the option of also killing him in real life

Specifics/Details:

A pop-up will appear, asking "Decapitate opponent (Y/N)?"
If you select "Y", a robotic arm holding a scimtar will whip out of his monitor, decapitate him, and then retreat into his monitor, bringing the head with it.
The severed head will be deposited on your desk.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

The game will become more exciting. You can almost hear your heart pounding with every turn.
The game will become a lot more Risky to play, an answer to those who complain that we're getting too far from Risk
A lot of people with axes to grind will join the game.
It might become as big as facebook.
The game will do its part to address social problems like overpopulation.
Provides an interesting variation on the FAMO concept.

I've always thought that everyone should be born with one free bullet. You can use the bullet at any time; no questions asked. I feel like the world would be a nicer place if you knew that at any time someone could use their bullet on you. This reminds me of that. I would modify it to allow you to only use it once ever. Any multi who uses this (for the second time overall) should be charged with murder.
