Some of my thought do address multiple areas

My thoughts about farming as it seems to be done a lot and seems to waist a lot of mods time. Why can new recruits join any ranked players game, seems as they DB a lot of them giving away points. I think they should only be able to join maybe a few ranks up from them. This would put a end to the farming, by the higher ranked players. Also they should have a minimum required game completion to play more than one game. It seems as in a lot of cases they start 1-4 games and never even play. They DB four games they should only be allowed to play with ?s then they can do it with eachother.

Ranks I would think that there should be a limit on how far the ranking spread should be. After you have completed so many games the spread would increase. There are two many games played by very good players that have the map figured out a lower rank joins, then usually that is all that will join the game after that. This will make the site better for the players that are still trying to figure out how to play. Also I would think it would keep people here playing and not just giving up beacuse they are destroyed. They would be playing people closer to there skill.

What about a option for people that never played a specific map having a point value. Like having a option to make a game worth a certain amount of points. If someone has never played a map and would like to put a value on that game say 15 points. Now that being said a lower rank also if he does not have the game number up could not join a high rank. But someone who has a higher rank can play a map and not loose a lot of points trying to figure out the map. Some maps are hard to figure out and need to be played a few times.

Also a feature to basically bet points having a minimum of course. If you wanted to bet 25 points you can to keep you from loosing more than that. And here again people with out the number of games could not join a higher ranked player.

If there are blocks on the games people can join its stops farming and people working the system. Also if you have played a game type settings specific only close ranks should be able to play your games. You only play a map with the same settings your the master, then why let a one stripe play beacuse 80 percent he will loose taking his points and making him think that this site is not fun.

Also freestyle rank why not make that a separate rank. First so people know what there getting into, and beacuse it it two totally diffrent type of games. Since when does a board game have to do with your speed. Your pc speed, Internet speed and your mouse speed for speed games. And for casual team games all your buddies being online. Let alone clickable maps and holding down buttons ect.

I just think something should be done to make the game better for all higher and lower ranks. The higher ranks are here but thinking about the site it's keeping the lower ones here. Just my thoughts as to fix a few problems and help keep people

I don't think that would be a great experience for new users.

Interesting idea. Slightly different than the oft-repeated suggestion of having the makers of the games control the point spread. I'm not really a huge fan though. Players like me joined this site and WANTED to play against higher ranks right away. I learned a lot and it might have kept me from developing bad habits that may have worked against lower ranks, but would have killed me if I went against higher ranks.

Wagering points has been rejected for what is an unfortunately good reason: potential for abuse. I wish we could do it, but I understand and agree with why we can't.
