New ranking System

Concise description:
Score = 100*A

where A = "average points gained in games"

Specifics/Details:
  • This is just a blueprint, it needs modifications.
    The current way to gain points shouldn't be changed however.
    There could be a problem with players who have a negative score.
    And for it to be relevant, there has to be a minimum numbers of games played (like 50 or 100).
    "times 100" is only there so that the scores won't drop from 3000 to 30 (it could upset some people).
    The "crossmap" rank should be a factor of the formula too somehow.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
  • It would make the score reflect players' skills more accurately.
    No more (legitimate) complaints about high ranked players who don't deserve their rank.
    Feedback and suggestions are welcomed and needed.

It still won't be representative of who the best players are. A lot of good players, play 1v1 or team games. They will win less per game than someone who wins an 8 player game.

Another point: If a cook plays a lot of cooks and has the same record as a major who plays a lot of players, they will have about the same score. That in no way means they are on the same level.
