Placing all the initial armies

Instead of having 3 armies placed on each territory at the start of the game, i think there should be an option where there are only armies of 1 on the players owned territory and the players have the option of placing the other armies where ever they want. When the players are placing their armies they arent able to do anything else (attack)

That would make the games even longer, especially if not everyone is around when the game is initialized.

true, it would make the game longer, but it may be a better option then the people who are saying "let us place the armies"
