Extra game options, team and dice

# Suggestion Idea - Team:
You now have 5 game types. standard, Terminator, Assassin, Doubles and Triples. But I don't think Doubles and Triples is a game type, but merely an addition to the standard game type.

So my suggestion is to have an extra option 'Team', with the following possibilities: "Single", "Doubles" and "Triples".

Than it would be possible to have an Terminator or Assassin game, with teams. (but maybe not for 'triples')

# Suggestion Idea - Dice:
The second suggestion is to have an option 'Battletype', with the possibilities: "Dice" and "Calculated".

This option would determine how the losses are calculated in a battle. The option 'Dice' would just act like it is now, but the 'Calculated' option would just even out the losses but before each attack you should determine with how many troops you attack.
e.g.:
If Red attacks Green with 10 to 6, both lose 6, so red would have 4 left.
This makes in impossible to attack a country with more troops than you, and win. But you could weaken him.


# Why it is needed - team:
It's a nice addition to the gameplay to play terminator or assassins with doubles. And I don't think it is that hard to implement, because it's just a combination of what already excists.

# Why it is needed - dice:
Some players just hate the dice, or it is just the other way around. This would remove the luck factor, and then it comes down to tactics.


# Priority** (1-5):
Team: 1 (nice to have
Dice: 2 (nice to have, but also for the tactics)

Team idea is bad - only would work if it was a 6 person doubles game so no real point in having it.

Dice option is good but is that already with Greasemonkey (somebody correct me if I'm wrong - I don't have it myself)?

I had suggested the "no-dice" option before (and had it rejected). My group used to play Risk without dice (calling it "one-for-one" or "mutual annihilation") not because of the reasons you state, but to speed up the game, and we all enjoyed it immensely.
