extra points for longer games

How about extra points for games that go over a set amount of rounds. say 30. Most games that have a high amount of rounds require some skill to stay in.
To prevent intentionaly racking up the rounds the points could be just 1 for every 10 rounds.

Yes, but it means that the losing players must have been especially skilled to have lasted that long. If anything, they should lose fewer of their points to you, but I think that system is too complicated.

No, this only make people drag games on forever to get extra points. Bad Idea.

Ya, wicked is right. Have you never seen those games that each of the people have thousands of armies and are in the 200 and some odd round.

Oooh. Good point.

How about fewer points for long term games with huge armies to discourage dragging them out?

But since I don't play in that type of game.... Why should I care? :)
