minor suggestion on end of team games text *done*

just noticed that wen u r killed in a doubles or triples game it says 'You Have Lost!' even though your partner is still alive. sometimes ur partner will win it and sometimes u were taken out by ur partner for cards so they can win. can we change it to 'You Have Been Killed'? as i said its only minor but thought i'd say it
