Mid-turn cashing in of cards when more than 5...

What are the opinions on the mid-turn cashing in of cards when having 5, playing 3 then eliminating an opponent and playing a 2nd set in the round?
For a player to play more than two sets of cards in a turn can greatly swing a game when getting 20+ armies solely from cards in a flat rate game.
My opinion is it should be a game option to choose from for those who care for that style of play; just like the variations for fortification and card values.
