Make complying with signature size easier

Revise how users create signatures:
CC's rule is that signatures must be 150 pixels high by 600 pixels wide. Currently the only restriction in place when we create signatures is the 255 character limit. This makes complying with the signature size rule difficult.
Specifics/Details:
If there is a rule about signature size, it should be enforced when we are creating our signatures. The site automatically checks for avatar size, so why not signature size? Many CCers do not have any idea how to check to see if something is 150 pixels by 600 pixels.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
Mods will be free to monitor so many other halls once this is streamlined
Peace in the Middle East will be achieved by Christmas
Conquer Club will run 2000% faster
Freed up bandwidth will make dice truly random

Perhaps the size restriction should be loosened a bit. Currently, with all medals showing, unless I (or anyone else with more than a couple medals) type 15+ lines in a post, there's just a bunch of white space below our sigs anyway. Larger sigs wouldn't even make a difference to anything, in a lot of cases.

I agree with you, but i'm assuming there must be some other reason CC wants the sigs a certain size...but I could be wrong. However, that's a separate issue. What say ye about my suggestion?

Unless there is a mod for the forum software that does this that is available and ready to install then this won't be implemented...

The written rule is "CC's rule is that signatures must be 150 pixels high by 600 pixels wide."
The unwritten rule is "CC's rule is that signatures must be 150 pixels high by 600 pixels wide on any size screen."
Thus if you sig consists of two images 150 pixels high by 300 pixels wide, when displayed on a screen 500 pixels wide the sig will wrap over and result in a sig 300 pixels high and 300 pixels wide. I won't say which MOD will flag you for this, but they will argue with you until you remove the sig. That is clearly bullshit. It also makes trying to determine sig sizes that much harder.

perhaps some way they can implement it to not allow it past those measurements? much like the avatar size?
