Haphazard Spoils
Concise description:
Cashing a set a spoils gets you 4/6/8/10 troops
Specifics/Details:
The troops received are not linked to the colour of the cards. It is a randomly selected amount of 4, 6, 8 or 10 troops.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
It will add another element to gameplay.
This would likely appeal to those who play Flat Rate games but are wanting to mix things up a bit as you will not be assured of the troops you receive like you are with Flat Rate spoils.

You know how much it'd suck to have to wait til 5 card to get 4 troops when someone else gets 10 in 3 cards?
Never would I play this.

that already happens in Flat Rate games if the 5th spoil gave you a red set and your opponent got a rainbow set after 3.
edit: typo

I like the concept as it adds another level of uncertainty to games.

i feel that this is basically flat rate. seeing as the colours are random, we don't know if we'll get a red, blue, green, or multicoloured set.

This is an anti-strategic idea. In other words, this suggestion does not add a strategic element in any way. Even nuclear spoils, crappy as that idea is, has a strategic idea. This is just randomized luck added on top of what we already have in the way of randomized luck.

Not a fan, myself. Would rather have all sets the same value. *cough

There is no reason to bring up your thread. Do not try to make this thread about you.

Flat rate is already too much about luck, this just worsens the problem
