Make speed game auto-drop on/off option

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- Program an option (yes) (no) to enable the player to choose whether to be auto-dropped from speed games on logging out.
- Option B: enable the player to choose a time-delay factor before being auto-dropped - probably much harder to code.
Specifics/Details:
- Currently, a player who is waiting for speed games to fill gets auto-dropped (and not all of us realize it until it happens).
- This autodrop occurs even if the player's system just froze and needs a quick reboot.
- Enabling the player to 1) select whether to be auto-dropped or 2) enable player to select a time-delay factor (example, 2 minutes must elapse between logout during which time the player does not return before an autodrop gives a player who needs to, the chance to reboot and return in time to continue play.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- Enables players with systems that tend to freeze, an opportunity to select which is more convenient for them: "autodrop on logout" or "hang on, I'll be back in a minute"
