Conquer Club

Concise description:

• Add search features to find games with your "Friends"
• Add search features to find games that *a* player has won
• Add a "Games" link on people's wall page pointing you to games that person has won.

Specifics/Details:

• On the "Game Finder" page, you can, further through the "find member" link, use a listbox that contains ONLY users on your friends list, to make it much more easier and convenient to select them.
• On the "Game Finder" page, you can also set an option for searching games that one or more specified players have won a game. This feature obviously should not function without specifying players.
• Finally, on everyone's "Wall" page, we could have a link that could automatically show us all of the games that that player has won. The link would say something like Show All Games nnnn Has Won , where nnnn represents the user's name.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• Being able to quickly search for games that have your friends will make life easier looking for games that your friends have created and are still awaiting players. This will also make it easier to find games within your usergroup with your friends playing so that you know when they've got games awaiting that you should probably join.
• Being able to check a players games that they win can be beneficial because you may be able to see a pattern in what kind of games they win, so you can better suit yourself for choosing which games you may do best in with those players if you choose.
• Seeing which games a player has won can also make it easier to see if someone is winning games consistently because a few players, or teams, or ganging up on players and playing in an unfair and or possibly deceitful manner. Players with many wins could mean a player is very skillful, or they are using distasteful tactics to get a many wins and or points as possible.
• This also encompasses the opportunity of the player with the opportunity to track what kind of games they are winning themselves, with settings and everything else up front, making it easier to determine if there is a particular playing style they do better with than some other, such as "No spoils" or "Escalating".

I know some of these features are already in plugins and such, but too much reliance is just a bad idea, since it slows performance and it can create problems that no one at Conquer Club headquarters can fix because of people experiencing bugs not from the site itself, but from the plugins having problems. Also, my firefox is already suffering from extreme memory leaks, so I would rather have as few plugins as possible over here at my end.

I like the first one (search for friends).
The second one seems to have only very limited necessity...so while it's an ok idea, I'm not sure it's worth the time to implement.
The third is unnecessary if the second is implemented. If the second is not implemented, see my thoughts on the second.
