a couple suggestions

I'm posting all of these together, if any of them have already been talked about just ignor that part of the post. Thanks
1st, It would be nice to have a way to go back and examine games. To take screen shots of each turn, and then allow the user to go through them. This would really help some of the newer players get better. Actually this would help everyone get better.
2nd, Dealing with real time games. We should have a way of designating them as real time, so random people don't accidentally join them.
3rd, If everyone in a game wants to draw a game, or end it immedeatly, we should be able to take a vote to end the game. Something like this, so those of us who aren't premium members.
4th, in tripples games, when a teammate deadbeats, the armies should be divided amonst the remaining players. (I think the armies go neutral currently...I'm not 100% sure)
*Side note: this also ties in with banning new players from team games, or baning them until they have a private status
I'll stop there before we have too much to dicuss. Ideas and what not are welcome. Priority of all of these is a 1.

the 4th idea is actually in effect. when your teamate deadbeats, his remain players is dived with his remain team mate(s). the rest are good ideas though.

no, dont they go to the first person on the team? and for suggestion 1 thats a lot of data to store. i personally dont like the idea of a draw button because thats not the point of risk and CC, the point is to fight it out till you win. same reasoning theres no surrender button.

Sorry man, not a big fan of any of these ideas...
1: Screenshots are a bit much... I think. It would be nice to have the option of a more detailed gamechat at times, letting people know how many armies advanced or how many armies were lost and whatnot, but its by no means a necessity.
2. Keep randoms from joining your game with private games on a premium membership. Otherwise, do what I did before I had one... get the people you want to play with really coordinated with their game finder screen open, and immediately tell them the game number as soon as you start the game. Its a pain, but again, premium membership can solve it. *shrug* The perks of paying only $20 a year.
3. Draws are for pussies. I don't see how anybody that is winning would agree to vote for a draw in a game.
4. How would you divide those armies up? Who would get which country? Would it be random? That would be the only way to make it fair, but that could screw you just as many times as it could help you.

Yes, the armies go to the remaining team player that has signed up first.
I think this is better than dividing them, because when the deadbeat player has a full continent (doesn't happen often, but sometimes it occurs), at least in the current way the bonus keeps intact for the team.

i'm gonna apologize for leaving this post...usually if I have a suggestion i'll try and defend it a little. I posted that late at night, when i was losing a bunch of games. But as for which ones of those are actually important, I'd like to see numbers one and two implimentd.
1st the idea of going back in the game would simply require the server to store (or we could store it client side) the images with the armies on it. The background wouldn't need to be stored, because we could display it examine game just as we display the current game
2nd idea I'd like some sort of way to put a realtime symbol on there, so people don't accidentally join.

1. I think this will be to some extent part of game log 2.0
2. work in progress. it is adjusted time limits for turns and possibly another section for the join game screen.
3. this has been talked about before, but i dont think it was very popular. people would only truce if they didnt think they could win otherwise.
4. thats how it always works.
*Side note: this is also part of Lacks fabled "big christmas update" that still hasent been released yet.
