* Specifics: You could make various movements, but only from one countrie to various, not from various contries to one alone or make another movement from another countrie to various when you already did it once in your turn.
* Why it is needed: better distribution of armies

Probably wondering that´s why the unlimited fortification... but there´s many diferences with this modification... I tried to explain it in the specifics, here´s an example.
you have 10 armies in Peru and have to make a fortification to Brazil and Venezuela, you would be able to send 4 armies to Brazil and 4 armies to Venezuela. But you wouldn´t be able to make another one, like from Argentina to brazil... or transfer armies from Peru and Argentina to Brazil... All in the same fortification turn.
