<Subject>:
Create a way to drop or kick a player from a game after they have joined but before the game actually starts
<Body>:
If you're the maker of lets say a four person game and for whatever reason someone joins that you don't want (due to lots of negative feedback for example) there should be a way of kicking them out of YOUR game without having to create a whole new one. This could be done by adding a Drop button next to each person who joins the game. This of course would only work BEFORE the game was initialized. It would save time and energy that would other wise be spent creating a new game and thus tracking down and asking people who had already joined to re-join said new game.
Priority: 2/3
**Note**
1 = Bottom of 'To Do' list
5 = Urgent, implement with next update

If you don't want anyone to be able to join make a private game

it's not that at all. i enjoy playing against total strangers/new people, but sometimes there are certain people, for whatever reason, i don't want to join the game. So while private games are awesome if you know everyone, or plan it out, this option would make ad hoc games more enjoybale. Besides, as it stands I can just drop the game and thus not play with that person, so why not make it easier?

Its called an "Ignore List," and its quite effective.

Again, I don't think you understand what I am saying. This option would be used to remove players from a game that you have created because of a reason OTHER than you know them and don't want to play with them (which the ignore list is for) or because they joined a game that you were saving for your friends (which passworded games allow). The Drop Player option would be used if a player you had never met before joined your game and for WHATEVER reason, you do not want him/her/it in your game.

so if the guy had a gazillion bad feedbacks, you could kick him out before the game actually starts?
i like it

What if the person you don't want to play was the last to join and the first to play? i thnik the best thing would be for you to be the last to join a game.
I think this option would be abused.

It would also lead to alot of noob questions/complaints and new players leaving and deadbeating thier other games...

No, I think that they would not like getting kicked out of games before they begin...

no one would, but i say again, as it currently stands if someone joined a game and i, as the creator, did not want them to be a part of it, i could technically drop the game myself and make a new one. The drop player option would make it easier for the game creator.

You say you like to meet new people but you are willing to kick someone out without even knowing them. Negitave feedback is abused, alot is from sore losers. In real life do you have any friends that nobody else likes? Give people a chance and decide for yourself.

As I have said many times, what I am suggesting is already technically possible, but a pain for the game creator to do.

But it wouldn't be an inconvience to the person that you booted from the game? And the person who got kicked wouldn't even know why. Its not that hard to start a new game.

How about you propose that you put a minumim feedback rating, of, say %80 positive

I like Fieryo's suggestion of having it possible to drop someone with a lot of negative feedback from your game. Sure you don't really know the person, but with enough negative feedback you can be pretty sure of whats going to happen.
Maybe someone joins with a bunch of negative feedback from almost all his games where people complain that he has deadbeated out of every game he has played. If that person was in my game, I'd like to be able to remove him.
The problem is that it would definitely get abused by people who want to kick out certain skill levels from their games.

That is a valid point. And I would understand if it was also a big enough deterent to not implement the suggestion. However, there are a few things that could address this:
1) Make it available to premium members only. This would create another incentive to upgrade and it wouldnt be a major addition and thus wouldnt make a big difference between premiums and non-premiums. Also it would lessen the amount of people who would use, and thus possibly abuse the option.
2) Make a limit a times the option can be used. Much like a lawyer has only so many times they can eliminate a juror from a jury, there could be a cap of say 3-4 (or whatever) people that could be dropped before you have to accept people no matter what (or start a new game if you're that desperate)

sorry for the double post.

If I try to join a game but someone is in it that has me on their ignore list, I get a message that simply says I can not join for that reason. If there were to be a message that said, "You were dropped from game X" I think people would be able to tolerate it.
