Players kicked out, keep spoils in game

When a player is kicked out of the game for cheating or missing too many turns, keep their troops on the board instead of turning them neutral. That way other players can still knock them out and take their spoils.

this is already done for terminator. the rest dont need it as much

Be good to have it in standard games as well, especially escalating.

kind of cheap in a way tho...they aren't there to stop you. the only reason they're left in terminator is cuz of the points.

Not a good idea.
A player could start deadbeating after having gotten 5 spoils.
the spoils would increase in value, but his troops wouldn't grow.
It makes for an imbalanced play, where somebody for instance could hold him hostage until the cashes are higher.
Your suggestion would allow for escalating to turn into a very different game, without people having control over this change.
Not a good idea.
