Time Zone specific public games?

It's not easy to get a flow to a game when half the players are GMT and the other half are PT.
This need not exclude players from other time zones if they really can play the hours all they'd need to do would be to readjust the clock on their computer.
This seems to be a very simple change which would have an immediate qualitative impact on gameplay, and, quantitively, membership retention.
