When a manual game starts, the first actual turn that is taken is listed as Round 2. Can this be changed so that the initial deployment phase is not counted as a round?

I'm not wasting anyone's time. If the programmers have some spare time, then I advocate that this should be fixed if it doesn't take too long, just for the sake of consistency. If they don't feel this is worth investing however much time it would take, then they don't have to. This is a suggestion forum because it's supposed to give programmers ideas; if they don't want to take them, they don't have to.

It seems that if a player misses the first turn of a manual game, they receive three deferred troops. Unless I am mistaken, this gives them more troops than other people; should this not be rectified?

You don't receive deferred troops for missing the placement stage.

I think due to a lack of interest, i'm gonna move this to Rejected. Just seems like more work that won't make a huge difference.
If any other mod thinks differently, or more support is attained, it will be moved back
