Move Clan usergroups below Information, above General

Postby stahrgazer on Fri Mar 19, 2010 6:14 am

In the forums, people might prefer to see their chosen Clans (Clans/Social groups) section before the rest of the forum stuff, below the Information section but above the General forum section.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Easier for the user

I would actually prefer it to be the top one for me. I will run a poll in the clan area to find out what people would like. Good suggestion.

like the Idea,
another idea would be to be able to turn certain forums (also sub) on and off as an option.
There are a lot of forums I really don't care about and are above forums I do follow.

I doubt this would happen because admins would have to scroll past every single clan just to get down to the public forums, where they are needed. They don't generally snoop through clan forums, so don't give them a chance to catch something as they scroll by.

In combination with being able to personally hide some forums it could work. Or even allow the users to order the way they appear, then admin can put them where they need to personally.

Now that would be a great development.
