A few suggestions...
Posted: Fri Mar 12, 2010 10:53 pmI was not about to peruse the entire suggestions section of the forums.. but I did read a few of the thread headings.... so if I missed something and any of my ideas have already been suggested... please forgive me. 
More Stats! : Individual stats that would be assessable in a users profile:
Win streak, loss streak, Most maps played, Maps with best win/loss percentage, etc...
Personally the map stats would be the most interesting to me and also the most useful. Would be nice to know how many times I have played every map and what my win percentage is on a each map. I could go on and on with stats... (my true love!)
Custom Searches: The Game Finder searches are great.. but after I choose a game to join I then have to start all over with my search criteria. It would be nice to have maybe 1-3 custom search setups per user. Once on the Game Finder page, the default page is what it is now, but there could be additional tabs at the top of the body of the search area that allow you to setup custom searches. This will allow users to easily run a find for the type of games they like to play.
Or.. just add a 'Back To Searches' button once you have clicked 'Join Game' .. so that your current search criteria is saved and you can continue to look for similar type games.
Sortable 'My Games': The ability to sort the page by; Map, Private, Team.. etc. Would make looking for certain games to check the status of how others have played their moves.. much easier.
Find Game, by average Rank entered: When doing a search for games add a variable to search for games within a certain 'ranking' range. Sometimes, I just feel like finding a nice casual game.
ooo.. speaking of that.
Start A Game: Variable to set 'Ranking' limits! Allow users to setup custom games that limit the range of which players may enter based on their rank.
This is all I have for tonight.. but a lot more to come I am sure.
