Turn Delay Issue

Okay, I've noticed this a few times, and I wondered if any of you have shared the same feeling. I've been in single games and have been the second to last one to finish. The last remaining person doesn't go before the timer runs out, and when the new round begins, I'm the one who can't start their turn when the timer turns over, but the person who missed their turn can. I don't really see why I should be punished for taking my turn, because had I known I would get given a block for being the "last person", I wouldn't have taken my turn either and would have waited until the timer turned over and just simply started in the new round and collected the troops from the turn I've "missed". Just a thought, and sorry for not following the format I just didn't have the details of a certain game/turn number right now, I'll provide one later though. Hopefully others can agree or provide more specifics to help show this issue because again, it just seems like the person who misses their turn is getting rewarded by having access to the turn as soon as it starts, and they really shouldn't because had they taken their turn, they would have been the last one to go.

Green was eliminated for missing three turns in a row. The person who went last before him shouldn't be punished for green missing turns.

Thoughts?
