warning against bad luck (Im afraid is about dice)

I am afraid I found 2864 matches with the word 'dice' in this forum, so I cannot know if it was exposed before.

Concise description:
- when some of the players attacker or defender lost 2 troops make that the other loose 1.
Specifics:
- Now, the attacker/defender winned/lost can be 2/0 or 1/1 or 0/2 .. in a war always both lost something ... it is make that when an attack happens both of them loose smthing. If dice are good for one of them a warning against bad luck make loose 1.
- Then, the attacker/defender winned/lost will be 2/1 or 1/1 or 1/2.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Avoid people who is always talking about how lucky are the others and how unlucky he is.
