i think it would be nice to see the time in the country of you opponent in his profile, it will give you an indication of the chance he takes his turn fast... of course there are people who play day and night, but when you want a fast game, its nice to now it's breakfast or dinner time in his country. what do you think?

The profiles of players with Gender: Female will, of course, be excluded from this suggested modification, if I understand you correctly?

this would defiantly help in coordinating team Play
