Banning Game Chat Priveldges for Punishment

Here is case and point that the system in place currently does not work.

And for the record I wasn't stalking codeblue1018, I just knew if I looked this up he wouldn't disappoint me.

The sum of this report just goes back to codeblue1018's game chat abuse.

Since he has been warned before, he is again, on a short vacation. Even though he was not cussing, based from those game chats that have been posted here, he was equally as being abusive to those people. I don't know what his reasons are for being like that but he is now on a short forum vacation and hopefully, think and evaluate this type of behavior.

We know trash talking is a part of the competitive game, but unfortunately antics like this are already above and beyond what is usually acceptable.

A couple of games that took place after the punishment of "Forum Ban" was served where he exhibited the same behavior he was punished for:

Game 4938277
Game 4935463

I'm sure there's more games out there that exhibit the exact kind of behavior that he got a Forum Ban for, but I think you get the point. Had their been in place a Game Chat ban or permissions to use more extreme punishments like vacation from the site then maybe the wrong doer (in this case codeblue1018) would stop his antics. But without a proper punishment he and all others like him are able to continue their abuse.

Hence why I feel the addition of this rule is key to the success of this site.

I may be throwing gasoline on the fire here, but codeblue was the very 1st to make my foe list! I have quite a few on it now & am sure that I have no doubt gotten myself added to several other players foe lists for either chat or game-play, but that's not my point.

I think code's attitude along with the harsh chat towards a players skill vs the rewards of the dice (which are random of course!) just shows careless play and attitude "vented" because he didn't get the "I-should-have-won-due-to-troop-advantage" dice outcome. Sure, several of us have played a game where you start off with 6, 7, 8, 11, whatever vs 2, 3, or 4 and lost everything leaving 1v1 resulting in either no spoils or only making yourself weak for the taking (I have done this countless times in speed feudal assassin games on 1st go & lost all to a neutral 2; some I have actually came back from & won, lol).

I totally agree with; and even throw myself into the mix; that should I ever get like code is and has been with any player on CC to completely ban my game chat! There should be an offense list: 1st offense) 1 month no chat; 2nd offense) 3 months....etc. up to completely no chat allowed in games. Where it becomes a site ban, dunno? I would love to see this passed! Not just due to 1 person (codeblue) being abusive, but for other players that think every other word needs to start with F***! (You all know who you are.)
Let's let the paying masses try to enjoy the entertainment this is intended for....(while CC turns a $$$ or 2!)

yeah there are plenty of people to point the finger at the are abusers like this not just codeblue. It was just that his most recent punishment is what fueled the fire to get changes done around here.

There have been countless claims in C&A since then and the birth of this, and if this tool was already in effect it would have been used.

Hoping to see this get approved as well. I haven't changed my stance since I created this thread.

Codeblue is a mouthbreather. I take the view that I payed for a membership, I didn't pay to have retards dump torrents of abuse on me because there mother never loved them, their pet hampster is in a bad mood, or they left their pokomon card collection out in the rain.
But then what do I know maybe the site was designed as an emotional dumping ground for knuckle dragging freaks.

If a pilot is caught drinking on the job his piloting license is revoked, not his drivers' license =P

If you get caught driving a boat drunk, or a ski-mobile drunk... your drivers license is usually revoked.

I tried to find a bad game chat with you early on too, to prove you actually would by premium, but all i could find was nice ones...this one was ironic though given the conversation.

If it could be coded, it would without a doubt be the best punishment, especially if it could be coded to prevent only public chat...the problem is, Id just assume hit foe, and let more interesting things be programmed into the game myself. Taking so much time to fight the tiny percentage of troublemakers is a painful waste of resources.
