Avoiding Deadbeats

I am a tournament director and one of the most annoying things is deadbeats and getting reserves. I don’t get why you join if you’re not going to finish. Once the tournament director Usergourp is run I want to start a reserve usergourp, but that only helps getting reserves.
So I was thinking, maybe the players could have a tournament rating, and the directors and people playing them in a tournament game could rate them. That way we could check their rating to see if they are ok.

You could only rate them on:
For the Directors
Positive
1. Did they finish the Tournament?
Negative
1. Did they became deadbeats
For the players
Positive
1. Did they play smart?
Negative
1. Were they rude/or a bad player

i suggest using the form if ur making a suggestion like this, and once we have the tourny directors forum up we'll discuss this, plus have a list of known people who can be reserves and the like

Not to quibble, but there are only two Tournament Directors (Optimus Prime and Steelhorse). The rest of us are Tournament Organizers. Don't want people PMing you for Privileges and other things you can't provide. It's the Tournament Organizers forum.
