Tribute

How about a game option that allows a player to pay tribute to another player? For example, I'm currently in a game where I know I will get hammered by a player in the next round. However, I would be happy to pay that player 3 armies a turn if he agreed to leave me alone. Or simply a mechanism that allows the transfer of armies from one player to another.

This would be abused by multis. And probly create more multis out there just to do this.
