Suggestion for D-day

I don't know how hard it would be to implement but what about when you turn in a set for the flyover and you own the cards then you get a bigger bonus. Thoughts?

Usually if you own the terr for a card you get an extra bonus of 2.

You get 2 armies placed on the territory you own to be more clearer
