Starting position

Every game for the last 10 games I have started last and been at a major disadvantage as my opponents are able to take my teritories and fortify their's before I even get a chance to start. Is it possible that there could be some coding put in so that if you go past a certain amount of times where you don't start first, you get to in your next game. I rreally enjoy the game but this little issue is starting to grind a little and spoiling the game for me. Any thoughts?
