multiplied armies???

why do the armies get multiplied fpr rounds missed? i think this isn't agood idea. in one of my games, the guy missed 2 turns in a row, then decided to take a turn and gets his armies multiplied for 3 rounds!?!? that's a bunch of crap. if you miss a turn why should you get the armies you missed out on??? it's your own fault you missed a turn. those armies he recieved may have changed the outcome of the game.

I'm not trying to start an argument, but I've already said the two reasons lackattack allows people to miss up to two turns in the other topic on missing turns.
