i think that one thing that would help newbies to play instead of being deadbeats is a three strike policy. in which he/she is notified that they will belimited on the amount of play if they keep being deadbeats. ex. after the third time in a two week period(or month or whatever) they have a one week sabatical to think about whether they are going to be serious CC players.you need to punish the people who dont show up because its my scores that drop because i cant compete in a 3 verses 2 match.
