to encourage more ppl to play public game.
i would suggest that we can seperate CC into 4 different league.
senior officer league - for Lieutenant and above
junior officer league - for Corporal to Sergeant 1st Class
rookie league - for Private 1st Class and below
open league - all can join. senior officer will get 5 points buffer if he loss. junior officer get 3 points buffer and rookie wont get any buffer.
example a senior officer will loss xx points - 5 points if he loss the game and a junior officer will loss xx points - 3 points.
regardless of he loss to a rookie or a field marshall.
