Not Allowing People to post in Certain threads.

Postby ranck3 on Thu May 10, 2007 6:45 pm

I think that there should be a block certain people out of certain threads.
You know like if they just keep Spamming being annoying or whatever.

I agree entirely!

On a side note, I think that we should block Ranck3 from posting on all the threads.

Look, let me give you an actual answer, okay.

1. We have this already. It's called a ban. It's just a bit more extreme than what you have suggested.

2. This is a bad idea. Then you could just be an ass to somebody you dislike and block them from your thread, even if they were participating in the discussion/what ever.

3. This would involve messing with the forum code, which lack doesn't want to do.

4. Use the form.
In heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine... You got your things, and I've got mine.

MAn you really shouldn't take it so thick. Don't you realise that it is your immature reactions to everything that Dancing Mustard posts that makes him want to do it all the more?

Seriously those kind of immature posts is what make you look so stupid and that's why people think you are annoying. Please try not to be for a few posts.

No. If you don't want to read a particular user's comments in the forum, I think there is a tool in the General Discussion Sticky that can hide the posts of unwanted people.
